Elisabeth provides a warm, safe and supportive environment in which her clients are able to explore their current challenges while helping them move towards growth and recovery. She strongly believes in the power of the therapeutic alliance to help clients uncover their unlocked hidden potential and reach a place of understanding and acceptance within themselves. Elisabeth is an integrative therapist implementing various approaches to treat each client’s specific needs. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral techniques to treat Anxiety disorders, while also implementing psychodynamic approaches and is trained in Dr. Rosenberg’s Mind Map System. Having worked in the school system she has extensive experience working with adolescents and children. Elisabeth holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, is currently completing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and is a registered intern with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
