Stress affects our lives on a daily basis, and it is essential to have a well-rounded approach to overcome it. The Mind Map system helps clients investigate their defense mechanisms and triggers while uncovering coping mechanisms that may have worked to a certain point. Certain coping mechanisms are effective but have an expiration date, as symptoms begin to surface as the body begins to send messages of the maladaptive coping style.
