Narcissistic Abuse Meet Up Group in Sherman Oaks

The narcissistic abuse victims and survivors' group will meet up weekly, Sunday nights from 7 to 8:30 in Sherman Oaks. The group will consist of fellow victims and survivors who have experienced the atrocities of narcissistic abuse. It will be a confidential environment where you can open up about your experiences and feel heard and validated. The group will be led by Mind Map Certified Life Coach Yitz Epstein and will include a time for each person to discuss their personal experience as well as a discussion where we compare notes and stories of our journey to healing.

Narcissistic abuse is defined as behaviors that are done in order to maintain control and power over others in a relationship. Common symptoms of narcissistic abuse are Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Lack of trust in self and others, Emotional reactions such as anxiety and depression, codependency and fear of intimacy, low self-worth, and feelings of emptiness. If you are a victim or survivor of the atrocities of narcissistic abuse this group is for you.
